There are many areas of OH&S that are critical for the safety of farmers, their families and their workers.

Workplace Standards Tasmania is reponsible for administering the OH&S legislation, including the Workplace Health and Safety Act (1995).

A number of publications are available from Workcover Tasmania to assist farmers in checking for common safety hazards on their property.
