| The Department of Environment and Conservation is responsible for coordinating a whole of government response to climate change. It also coordinates the implementation of the Western Australian Greenhouse Strategy, 2004, and are developing the WAGGI WA Greenhouse Gas Inventory, which will provide a means for industry and government to report their emissions. |

| The Weather Station Data page provides access to the Australian Data Archive for Meteorology (ADAM), a database which holds weather observations dating back to the mid 1800s for some sites. The first stage of this online tool provides monthly rainfall data, one Bureau observing station at a time, from any one of more than 17,000 stations. Other weather data - such as highest maximum temperature for a given month, and daily rainfall - will become available over time. |
